ABOUT JERRY HUNT
BIOGRAPHY
Jerry Hunt is a writer/director/composer from Nashville, Tennessee.
His short film, co-directed with Galen Fott, ‘’Roberto, the Insect Architect”, narrated by Sean Hayes, was a San Francisco International Film Festival Golden Gate Award nominee.
“Roberto” has been screened at the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C., The Guggenheim Museum, NYC, as well as in film festivals around the world.
“Max’s Words” won the American Library Association Notable Children's Video and a WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival -- Platinum Remi Award.
His short film, “Buckle My Shoe”, produced for Sockeye Media, has been viewed over 300 million times on YouTube.
In 2021, Hunt created his graphic novel memoir, "The Family Drive-in". He recently completed the stage musical of the memoir, as composer/lyricist and book writer.
